Harsco Corporation (NYSE: HSC) announced today that its
Taylor-Wharton cryogenic equipment unit, part of the Harsco Gas and

with Praxair, Inc., designating Taylor-Wharton as the preferred
supplier to provide Praxair’s facilities in North America, Europe,

gaseous state.
